Electrical
Design Drafter
You
will be supporting engineering services to include drafting,
design, and document control and reproduction services. Generating
various types of drawings and designs from engineering sketches
and verbal instructions. Checking drawings, bills of materials
from conception to completion. Implementing engineering change
orders. Completing schematic, mechanical data, and assembly
drawings. Working closely with Project Engineers, Manufacturing
and Production Managers to Design new product lines. The ability
to design from prototype to production stages, coordinating
functionality, manufacturability and serviceability. Essential
Skills: background in electrical drafting with 3-5 years experience
that includes: 1. AutoCAD2000, 2. Creation of schematics, wire
list, cable assemblies.
Assemblers
Multiple
Production opportunities in the areas of electrical assembly,
sub assembly and modular assembly. Experience in semiconductor
or wafer cleaning a plus.
QA
Inspector
You
will inspect machined parts as they arrive at our dock. May
be required to inspect parts at verdor's facility. Assure compliance
to drawings and track failures. Work with Engineering department,
vendors and Purchasing to resolve problem parts. 3-4 yrs mechanical
inspection or equiv exp, preferably in an electro-mechanical
environment. Must have MS Excel and Word experience. Able to
use calipers, go-no go pins and other common inspection tools.
Able to write and speak english clearly. Must be able to read
prints. Must be able to drive to vendor sites when required.
Machinist
You
must be familiar with machining various types of plastic, SSTL,
aluminum, etc. You must be able to set up and operate a verticle
mill and lathe
Electro-Mechanical
Technician
You
will assemble module assemblies to print, using small hand tools
and crimpers, wrenches and screwdrivers associated with sub
assemble build. You must be able to assemble power panel assemblies
. Must be able to use tube flaring tooling, route Pneumatics,
cabling, DI water lines neatly and with precision. Must be mechanically
inclined. Must be familiar with tooling associated with mechanical
and electrical assembly and safety standards of equipment used.
