Credit Manager Position Summary: Responsible for the overall management of the Americas Credit/Collections Department. Responsibilities include developing and recommending credit policies and procedures; achieving cash, DSO, and aging targets; developing and improving operational goals and procedures; staffing, training and development of staff.
 

Senior Account Manager

This individual will have full management responsibility for select Lintelle customer accounts including maximizing profitability and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities will include: Oversee major LEI accounts with responsibility for developing and maintaining strategic alliances with customers; plan and direct account program schedules and budgets; manage accounts through entire product life cycle, interfacing with customers on technical and business matters; ensure completion of all commitments made relative to delivery, quality and required business metrics; communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedules and budget constraints to cross-functional departments including: Sales, Engineering and Operations; approve all RFQ’s and final quotes to customers; manage the coordination of account activities with P&L responsibility for accounts of high complexity and cost impact.
Purchasing Supervisor This individual will manage a small purchasing department involved in the procurement of raw materials, parts, supplies and services for a contract manufacturing company. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate purchasing activities with user departments to maintain optimum inventory and buy-levels; review/approve purchase orders within authorized limits; develop and document department procedures; insure data integrity of all purchasing and related inventory files in MRP database; training, coaching and work review of assigned employees.
 
Production Control Supervisor This individual will provide first line direction to staff involved in the control and scheduling of production, development of material requirements, work in process tracking, material and labor variance controls and manufacturing performance reporting. Responsibilities include MRP generation, output, integrity and development of material requirements. Directs employees in the creation and issuance of work/sales orders. Coordinates the re-arrangement of customer production schedules with affected organizations to accommodate material and labor requirements. Responsible for the successful implementation of all ECO’s with all affected Materials Departments. Maintains and monitors shipping goals, inventory and production rates.
 
Operations Manager This individual will manage multiple operations functions with full P&L responsibility. Functional areas of responsibility will include: Production, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, Test, Purchasing and Production Control. Primary responsibilities will include: Managing the day to day activities of operations personnel through subordinate managers; generating annual operating budget; establishing cost control standards, inventory management programs and profit improvement methods; ensures production schedules are met, cost targets are realized and make/buy strategies are followed; makes recommendations to VP, Operations to improve the manufacturability, productivity, quality and efficient delivery of products; works closely with Quality and Engineering to ensure LEI products meet internal quality and manufacturability standards.
 

Project Manager 4

Responsible for managing people responsible for programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer based system through the design process and into a finished state for external customers. Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assigns and monitors work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. This position is most common in a matrix type of organization, where the position does not have responsibility over product development but does have overall product/program/project management responsibility.
Shipping /Receiving Stores Mgt 3

Responsible for one or more of the following activities related to the receiving, storing, and/or shipping of materials or finished goods. Ensures materials are received from proper vendors, delivered to inventory and finished goods, packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner. Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received are correct. Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control. Ensures materials are available to meet production schedules and/or products are shipped as per marketing schedules. Establishes and modifies operational methods and procedures. Maintains documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities.

 

Supply Chain/Procurement Mgt 3

Plans and implements activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures and implement solutions. Ensures that materials in the supply chain are available as scheduled and inventory is maintained at minimum acceptable levels. Responsible for sourcing and supplying raw materials, utilities, outside services, and coordinating global procurement efforts. Coordinates with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carrying costs. Reviews and plans requirements for acceptable inventory. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system. May work with customers in auditing customer inventory levels and with internal and external vendors to comply with inventory policies.
