Research
new technologies and competitive products; define, design and
implement features in Jbuilder; perform maintenance and bug
fixes on existing Jbuilder/Primetime codebase. Senior Java developer
with strong Swing and GUI framework experience. Passionate about
Java and software engineering, personal interest and/or experience
in developer productivity tools. Experience shipping commercial
shrink wrapped software products. Strong knowledge of open source
Java tools.

INTEGRATION
ENGINEER
Deliver
builds of the Optimizeit products on the various platforms (Windows,
Linux, Solaris....). Update, make files, and build scripts based
on R&D requirements. Investigate failures in the build and delivery
system. Build product launchers and installers for the various
products on each supported platform. Perform source code management
functions like tagging, branching and merging. Update build
machines as required. Test product installations. Produce clear,
thoroughly commented, and well-organized code that requires
minimal rework with minimal direction. Contribute to an overall
improvement effort to enhance processes and guidelines related
to installability and build systems.
TECH
WRITER III
Write conceptual,
procedural, and API reference documentation for technical manuals
and online contextual help for Developer Tools development products
within a defined schedule. Collaborate with other team members,
QA engineers, R&D engineers, and Product Management. Research
material without written technical specifications and read source
code to create new documentation or update existing documentation.
Produce clear, accurate, and well-organized documentation that
requires minimal editing with minimal direction. Contribute
to an overall improvement effort to enhance processes and guidelines
related to product usability and documentation creation and
production.
