Receptionist Position located in Scotts Valley - This individual will handle all front office duties including: Greet customers, visitors and applicants; answer multi-line phone; handle voicemail, message taking and paging; handle front lobby security directives; provide general clerical support; maintain conference room schedule and meeting setups/cleanups. Must have previous receptionist experience; possess a friendly outgoing personality both in person and over the phone; type 40 WPM; Ms Word, Outlook. This position is temporary to regular full time.
 
Buyer II This individual will work under general supervision to assist in the procurement of supplies, electronic components and equipment for a contract manufacturing company. Responsibilities will include: Review requisitions and/or MRP for quantities and part numbers; obtain quotations, examine bids and make awards for standard/routine items; provide support in follow-up activities to expedite and reschedule deliveries; process data entry of PO's; maintain integrity of Purchasing information on the MRP database; assist Accounting and Receiving in resolving invoice and incoming shipment issues. Requires a BA degree or equivalent experience including 3 years purchasing, clerical support and/or expediting; basic computer skills; experience with Word, Excel and MRP highly desirable.
 
Purchasing Supervisor This individual will manage a small purchasing department involved in the procurement of raw materials, parts, supplies and services for a contract manufacturing company. Responsibilities will include: Coordinate purchasing activities with user departments to maintain optimum inventory and buy-levels; purchases and manages parts/suppliers under commodities assigned; review/approve purchase orders within authorized limits; develop and document department procedures; insure data integrity of all purchasing and related inventory files in MRP database; responsible for the employment, direction, training, employee motivation and discipline of assigned employees. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, plus 5 years procurement experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, including 2 yeas in a supervisory role. Previous experience with MRP.
